  • You can pay by cash, cheque, debit or credit card in clinic. Payment is due on the day of treatment, unless agreed otherwise in advance. If we agree to a bank transfer, payment must be made within 24 hours of your appointment. We may refuse future appointments while any balance remains unpaid, and may discontinue treatment for persistent late or non‑payment.

  • Our late-cancellation policy: We will ask you to pay the full treatment fee if you do not turn up or if you cancel with less than 24-hour notice. Repeated late cancellations, missed appointments may mean we cannot offer further bookings.

  • Packages are available for six follow-up treatments, payable in advance and valid for six months. When you purchase a package, you are agreeing to have six treatments. Please note that refunds are not available on packages.

This review is long overdue. I have been coming to Wellpoint for over a year for a variety of issues including insomnia, migraines and hormonal problems. The wealth of experience and expertise is incredible and everyone is extremely dedicated and caring. I no longer need medications as the migraines have nearly stopped and the sleep has greatly improved. I was diagnosed with chronic migraines 15 years ago and prescribed the highest dose of medication which i was told i would have to take for life. Fast forward a year, i no longer take my medication and very rarely experience migraines. I used to get up to 3 migraines a week and now i may experience one every 5/6 months. .It's my first time ever trying acupuncture, and I must say I was a bit skeptic but very much open to trying something new to combat my chronic pain, indigestion issues and migraines.  I already feel my body has changed drastically. I’ve been going to Wellpoint Acupuncture for the past few weeks for various issues including anxiety. Every therapist I have seen takes the time to listen to you and take on board how you are feeling week after week. The first time I had treatment I was almost hyperventilating and my heart racing beyond my control. Something that occurs in my day to day life fairly frequently despite being on medication. However since my acupuncture treatment (just 3 sessions so far) I’ve noticed the frequency and definitely the severity has dramatically reduced. The team there are all very lovely, professional and also offer advice outside of acupuncture including recommend a herbalist which I’ve just seen and starting a course of treatment with. Highly recommend. The therapist are just great and the ambience gentle and calming. It’s also affordable and located in a lovely building with a cafe and beautiful gardens. Bonus!
